A
Comparison of Odysseus & Achilles
[ send
me this essay ]
In 5 pages the author compares the heroes in
the 'Odyssey' and the 'Iliad.' Homer's 'Iliad'
and his 'Odyssey' are both epic Greek poems.
The hero in Homer's 'Odyssey' was Odysseus,
and the hero in Homer's 'Iliad' was Achilles.
Both poems were written by Homer, and many
similarities as well as differences are seen
between the two heroes. Although similar,
those men were not carbon copies of each
other, for they did have different characters.
They were heroes first and foremost.
